Reel Brum is a network and creative hub for filmmakers of all levels based in Birmingham.

It is a brand new network and creative hub set up for Filmmakers in Birmingham to meet, network, share ideas, create and produce. It’s aims are to foster a creative community within the city, connecting like-minded people to produce consistent, high quality films.

WHEN
Our events will be monthly and be a mixture of film-screenings, networking, pitching and idea development; all with the view of bringing people together to make films and create a thriving filmmaking community within the city.

How
Our events will involve networking, pitching, screenings and talks.
If you want to be considered for screenings you will be able to submit your short film (of up to 10 minutes long via a secure Vimeo or YouTube link).
​
Writers will be able to submit their log-lines and synopsis for completed original short film screenplays (of up to 15 pages) to be shared with the network at the event.
